Who should use AirCare.rentals?
AirCare will be mainly used by property owners/managers to automate their rental process. AirCare also manages the communication with your guests and service providers (for ckeck in/out, cleaning, etc).
Is AirCare.rentals free?
No, but we have a very competitive price setting. For a small yearly fee you can manage all your bookings.
Does AirCare.rentals hide certain information?
Many rental platforms will hide information such as email addresses and phone numbers what makes it for instance difficult to contact your guests. AirCare.rentals will never do this. Actually on the contrary, we encourage you to collect and use as much information as possible and the tool will help you to do so.
How does AirCare.rentals save me time?
AirCare.rentals gives you an overview of all your bookings across platforms. So you don’t need to login on all these different platforms to oversee your rentals.
How do we handle direct bookings?
When you don’t want to use other platforms (Airbnb, HomeAway, …) for certain bookings then you can still use airCare.rentals to manage these bookings. You can use the full power (guest communication, check-in, check-out, damage handling, …) of AirCare.rentals to manage these rentals. You can specify the payment plan for your guest, but you will receive the money directly on your own account without any intermediate party.
What are service providers?
If you do the check in/out and the cleaning of your properties yourself, then you don’t work with service providers.
On the other hand, if you’re not managing these activities yourself then you work with service providers. Service providers are people or companies that help you with your rentals. You can work for instance together with somebody that takes care of the check in and check out of your guests. And somebody else might do the cleaning after a check out. AirCare.rentals will do the communication with these service providers: as soon as you have a new confirmed booking, these people will be informed about the new reservation so that they know they have to block time in their agendas. When the time arrives to perform the effective work, AirCare again will make sure that all relevant information will be exchanged.
What about damage protection of my property?
When your booking originates from other platforms then the damage protection is probably managed on these platforms, but you can still track the details in AirCare (protection fee, etc). When you make direct bookings (no intermediate platform) then you have full control about the damage protection handling. You can configure a damage protection fee and the amount of days after check out when it will be released.
Can we track and charge utilities?
In AirCare you can track the consumption of utilities such as electricity, gas and water. You can also configure whether these utilities are included in the rental fee (or to what extend). If you want to keep track of the consumption, then AirCare will request the exact counter values on check in and check out from yourself or from your service provider.
When your guest has to pay above a certain threshold, then the exact amount will be calculated.
Can I manage more then 1 property?
Yes you can, with a PRO account you can manage more then 1 property in your account.
